The second I walked in, I knew I was in good hands. Jeanette and Emily we friendly and informative. The fact that they wore Pink Floyd - Dark Side of the Moon "Comfortably Numb" tees, made my day. Pink Floyd and the other music played in their office is a wonderful escape from the ambience found in other medical facilities. Dr. Harris was a pleasure to meet and both him and his assistant Kaley are uber professionals. You know you're in good hands with these lovely people. They're knowledgeable, efficient without rushing, and they care. This is the experience you want when you need what they do, I highly recommend them. Plus, they turned me on to Tiny Vinyl!

East Coast Endodontics is an outstanding practice. The entire staff works as a team providing a pleasant, efficient and informative atmosphere. Jeanette and Emily smoothly get you through the patient paperwork. Kaley, Dr. Harris’ dental assistant, prepares you for surgery and answers any initial questions. Dr. Harris is a skilled dental surgeon and explains every detail of the surgery process along the way. He and Kaley worked seamlessly ensuring I was comfortable during the entire surgery. The root canal went extremely well. I’m not sure there’s anything I can suggest to improve the overall patient experience. It all seemed pretty perfect to me.

Exceptional Care from Start to Finish! I recently had a root canal at East Coast Endodontics, and I cannot recommend Dr. Harris and his team highly enough. From the moment I walked in, Jeanette and Emily at the front desk made me feel welcome, handled my paperwork efficiently, and set a positive, stress-free tone for the entire visit. During the procedure, Dr. Harris and his assistant, Dora, were absolutely phenomenal. They took the time to explain every step, ensuring I was completely comfortable and pain-free throughout the entire process. Their professionalism, synchronized teamwork, and gentle approach completely eased my anxiety about getting a root canal. If you need specialized dental care, this is the absolute best place to go. I cannot say enough about the personal and professional care I recently received at East Coast Endodontics. The entire staff was engaging and compassionate and Dr Harris did an amazing job! My procedure was close to painless and he took the time to explain each step of the intervention to ensure my comfort and understanding. The discharge packet included additional, thorough written instructions on post op care , the names of all the staff that were involved in my visit and some clever “parting gifts”. I also received a follow up call the next day to inquire about my recovery ( pain free!) I highly recommend this endodontic practice/ practitioner! Nancy L

Excellent experience yesterday at East Coast Endodontics with everyone in the office! Dr. Harris explained everything that was happening and constantly asking if I was okay throughout the painless root canal. Never had any pain including after the procedure. 24 hours later, feeling great and still no pain. I highly recommend this provider and his entire polite and professional staff!
